One. Classified according to different processing methods
1. Woven fabric: A fabric that is interlaced on a loom according to a certain rule by yarns that are vertically aligned with each other, that is, two systems in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction. There are denim, brocade, slate, hemp and so on. There are many ways to classify woven fabrics.
(A) It is classified into a pure woven fabric, a blended woven fabric, and an interwoven fabric according to the types of fibers constituting the woven fabric.
Pure woven fabric - refers to the woven fabric of the same kind of fiber pure spinning yarn. The performance of this fabric mainly reflects the characteristics of the fiber. For example, the warp and weft yarns of the cotton fabric are all cotton yarns (wires) such as cotton khaki 21X21/108X58, and the warp and weft yarns of the viscose fiber fabric are viscose fiber yarns. : blended fabrics - fabrics of yarns blended from two or more different types of fibers, such as cotton and linen blends, polyester-cotton blends, wool polyester, etc., whose greatest feature is that during the spinning process The fibers are mixed together (generally mixed in the "opening process" of the spinning front).
Interwoven fabric - refers to fabrics woven from yarns or filaments of different fibers in the warp and weft direction, such as warp yarns with warp yarns and weft-bonded fabrics, and yarns with warp yarns in the warp direction. Interlaced fabrics, etc.
(B) According to the fiber length and fineness of the woven fabric, it is divided into a cotton fabric, a medium long fabric, a wool fabric and a filament fabric.
Cotton fabric - the length of cotton fiber is about 30 mm. The yarn made of fiber of this length is cotton yarn (for blending with cotton fiber, chemical fiber is cut into this length - cotton type chemical fiber), use this The fabric composed of the yarn is a cotton fabric.
